Job Description

As an Office Administrator, you will report directly into the Managing Director and will work closely with other departments in order to provide comprehensive admin services to support the business. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with the management team
• Variety of administrative tasks including regular inputting and processing of information, scanning and filing
• Update files
• Managing the social media pages, posting content
• Answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Co-ordinating and arranging events and activities

In order to be effective in this role, you’ll need to have great communication skills – both written and verbal – and be able to liaise with people at all levels, including staff and visitors

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Driving licence and own vehicle • Excellent Listening skills • Ability to work on own initiative • Maintain a professional manner at all times with regard to confidentiality, dignity and respect • Ability to plan and prioritize workload • Flexible manner with a commitment to customer care • An eye for detail and accuracy is an absolute must, as is an ability to work to tight deadlines
