Job Description
- On the front line for enquiries (so you will need to like talking on the phone and sending really great emails)
- Managing gift aid processes for Parishes
- Doing some administrative work - this all adds up to a busy role that will suit a person who is organized and deadline-driven and can operate as a self-starter as part of a small team.
Day to day you will be processing invoices, expenses and payments, recording all transactions and liaising with suppliers alongside maintaining data and systems.
As a minimum, you will need:
- knowledge of accounting software
- strong numeracy skills
- excellent IT skills across Microsoft Office, especially excel.
