Job Description

• Delivering OLE engineering (design and consultancy) specific tasks & targets;
• Contributing OLE design input to electrification engineering (Design and Build consultancy) projects, familiar with CDM regulation;
• Managing OLE engineering input to multi-disciplinary railway engineering (design and consultancy) projects;
• Project management of various OLE related design & consultancy works at all levels;
• Providing & developing cost estimate, design program, work scope, resource planning & schedule, reporting and forecasting;
• Business pursue & marketing development;
• Developing detailed design analysis & fact finding reports;
• Advising client in all aspects of OLE specific design & construction;
• Strong leadership & direction of allocated resource & tasks.
• Developing PB Infrastructure’s company expertise in OLE engineering.
• Mentoring, developing, and training of junior staff.
• Monitoring company quality and project management and relevant procedures, to tasks undertaken by the OLE team.
• Providing risk assessments, HAZOP & HAZID analysis, and environmental management input to OLE related projects.
• In all activities to contribute to the development of PB Infrastructure’s business in the field of railway infrastructure engineering.
• Where relevant, observation of learning and development objectives as per Career Development Plan.
