Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience managing a number of large key customers and built strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Experience of identifying margin enhancing opportunities within existing customer base and working alongside the regional sales teams to maximize on this. Strong abilities in understanding customer objectives in order to develop successful strategic plans. Knowledge in how to develop an Annual Account Plan - this would set out strategic initiatives for the set accounts, it would ensure we are working with a longer time-set than at present and would have an eye on a 5-year plan. Experience dealing with relationships from both suppliers and customers across multiple disciplines to increase sales and ensure early involvement in Project Opportunities. Confidence to keep ahead of the competitive landscape by consistently looking for strategic growth opportunities, using the PM app and other tools to grow pipeline of new projects and having early engagement on them. Strong knowledge of legal compliance to effectively maintain and grow any third party deals and understand the importance of any frameworks in place.
