Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity as our client has taken on various new projects and are in need of a Façade Design Manager to lead a team of Technicians who will be working on the re-design on cladding on various different projects. The successful Façade Design Manger does not need specific experience with cladding before, but a strong knowledge of the construction industry is desirable as well as someone who has had experience of leading a team. The successful Façade Design Manager should have an excellent understanding of both the Design and Technical aspects of a project. Another key element of the role will be someone who is confident in leading a new division as our client may be looking into the Façade Design Manager working on various large scale residential developments.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience working as a Design Manager or similar experience. Construction background. Clean UK driving license. Live in or around Glasgow. Good technical understanding of the construction sector.
