Job Description
You will be a contributing member of the Customer Services Team who is responsible for making the Customers experiences the best they can be, as well as supporting in gerneral administration tasks/data inputting.
Your duties will include:
- Dealing directly and effectively with Customers over the telephone and face-to-face, greeting visitors at Reception daily and satisfying their requirements at a professional level.
- Answering the switch board politely and professionally and placing calls effectively with the correct colleague.
- Ensuring telephone messages are effectively communicated and followed up.
- Responding promptly to Customer enquiries.
- Communicating and coordinating effectively with internal departments.
- Deal effectively with any Customer complaints.
- Operating different computer software’s to process and produce training course certificates and services & inspection certificates and any other general administrative duties using the associated software within the Company.
- Maintaining records of Customer interactions and transactions and to carry out general housekeeping exercises where necessary.
- Sorting, filing and storing of completed documents and data in line with policies.
Contract duration - 12 months.
