You will be a contributing member of the Customer Services Team who is responsible for making the Customers experiences the best they can be, as well as supporting in gerneral administration tasks/data inputting.
Your duties will include:
Dealing directly and effectively with Customers over the telephone and face-to-face, greeting visitors at Reception daily and satisfying their requirements at a professional level.
Answering the switch board politely and professionally and placing calls effectively with the correct colleague.
Ensuring telephone messages are effectively communicated and followed up.
Responding promptly to Customer enquiries.
Communicating and coordinating effectively with internal departments.
Deal effectively with any Customer complaints.
Operating different computer software’s to process and produce training course certificates and services & inspection certificates and any other general administrative duties using the associated software within the Company.
Maintaining records of Customer interactions and transactions and to carry out general housekeeping exercises where necessary.
Sorting, filing and storing of completed documents and data in line with policies.
