Liaise with internal stakeholders, landlords, design team consultants, planners/LPA’s, contractors.
Prepare and maintain project programmes for all pre- and post-contract activities
Manage and drive the planning, design, utilities and tender processes.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines, adapting to change promptly.
Lead contract negotiations and administer once implemented.
Assess and manage project costs.
Risk and change management of projects.
Manage directs - overseeing ordering and tracking of materials, equipment and suppliers.
Accountable for specific programme initiatives.
Ability to work within a clear governance parameters.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• •Self-motivated and driven individual prepared to commit to delivering projects within a fast paced and demanding environment. • Must have proven retail/hospitality experience in delivering both New build and Refurbishment projects from inception through to completion. • Experienced construction knowledge. • Must have strong knowledge of the planning process. • Strong capability to understand and manage costs utilising a pragmatic approach. We may consider a QS bias if the appropriate capabilities fit. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships across all levels. • Degree or equivalent within a construction related subject matter.
