Job Description
  • Conduct feasibility reports on prospective sites.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, landlords, design team consultants, planners/LPA’s, contractors.
  • Prepare and maintain project programmes for all pre- and post-contract activities
  • Manage and drive the planning, design, utilities and tender processes.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines, adapting to change promptly.
  • Lead contract negotiations and administer once implemented.
  • Assess and manage project costs.
  • Risk and change management of projects.
  • Manage directs - overseeing ordering and tracking of materials, equipment and suppliers.
  • Accountable for specific programme initiatives.
  • Ability to work within a clear governance parameters.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• •Self-motivated and driven individual prepared to commit to delivering projects within a fast paced and demanding environment. • Must have proven retail/hospitality experience in delivering both New build and Refurbishment projects from inception through to completion. • Experienced construction knowledge. • Must have strong knowledge of the planning process. • Strong capability to understand and manage costs utilising a pragmatic approach. We may consider a QS bias if the appropriate capabilities fit. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships across all levels. • Degree or equivalent within a construction related subject matter.
