Client Services Administrator
Job Description
The role
The role of Client Services Administrator is to assist the business and Department Management by delivering effective administration of accounts after purchase and during allocation (CMS). You will be the middleman between the client and the customer.
Your responsibilities
- Communicate with clients (verbal and written) including management of allocated Hotlist accounts to chase for urgent responses.
- Review and process account disputes and requests for documentation from customers.
- Process responses from the Client, ensuring the customers dispute / request is appropriately fulfilled, with the focus always being the customer journey and TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) outcomes.
- Maintain Department emails in Outlook and central reminders using Intrum's own system.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and within pre-defined guidelines, including allocated project work to improve processes with the Department / business.
- Deal with ad-hoc client and internal requests for information.
Essential skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to liaise with all levels of personnel appropriately and professionally.
- Previous experience working in an administrative role and in a Customer Service capacity.
- Adaptable and a desire to improve processes.
- The ability to absorb and work under pressure ensuring your work is of a high standard and to tight deadlines.

Salary
£19,000 per annum
