Focusing on land acquisition and subsequent development and management in and around the M25 area. This role provides the opportunity to work for a world leading business but within a small UK operation, where you can really impact their strategies and advise on procedure and drive change throughout the business.

The Senior Project Manager, will lead on these schemes "cradle to grave" from land appraisals and due diligence for land acquisition, feasibility, through to procurement and then subsequent managing the build process until handover post occupancy.

• Comprehensive Infrastructure appraisals for land acquisition
• Third party engagement to secure planning
• Procurement of drawings and specifications
• Budget costing and management
• Procurement of pre & post construction supply chain
• Management and analyse of tender documentation
• Post contract liaison to ensure works are completed to specification and programme
• Ensure all commercial aspects of programme are met
• Overall accountability for main contractor and consultants to deliver the projects.
