Job Description

·        Liaise with clients regarding their payroll

·        Process the payrolls, including calculating any statutory sick pay and/or parental pay, mostly weekly and monthly.

·        Submit payroll details to HMRC

·        Submit pension information on behalf of clients and ensure compliance with auto-enrolment

·        Send reminders to clients regarding their PAYE and NIC liabilities


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Good communications skills • Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation • Ability to build good working relationships • Knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll and Microsoft Office • Excellent time management and time keeping • Ability to work to strict deadlines • Excellent attention to detail
