Job Description

Property Administrator Estate Agency £25,000 – £27,000 pa pro rata 3 month contract 

  • Salary £25,000 – £27,000 pa pro rata 3 month contract
  • Experienced Property Administrator needed to join this busy and long established estate agency
  • Candidates must have excellent property administration skills, ideally, with good knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering procedures
  • You will need a great telephone manner and a confident, positive approach
  • Candidates must be keen to follow the latest property legislation guidelines insuring all company documentation is compliant
  • This is a Monday – Friday role

As Property Administrator you will be providing support to the sales team at this busy, friendly and well established Estate Agency office that deals with high quality residential properties in Central London.

Responsibilities in this varied role will include:

  • Ensuring all Anti-Money Laundering checks and procedures are adhered to and documents returned promptly
  • Creating sales documents – chasing up vendors and solicitors
  • Assisting the sales team with booking appointments and diary management
  • Updating property portals/window displays/the property database- marketing
  • Providing support and administrative assistance to the negotiators and managers

Candidates must:

  • Have property administration experience
  • Have excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail
  • Be keen to work as part of a team
  • Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Display exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service
  • Show strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Have an excellent command of English language both written and verbal
