A successful, local practice is looking to expand its senior team with genuine potential for partnership. With a strong emphasis on customer service, our friendly client is looking for an Accountant to join their team.

The successful Accountant will be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, and have general practice experience. If you're an Accountant who is looking to grow, and help grow the business you work for, then this is the role for you.

The appointed Accountant will have the opportunity to take an increasing ownership stake in the business, as the existing sole practitioner moves towards retirement.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• You will be friendly, confident and most of all ambitious • Excellent communication skills will be vital - whether you are dealing with clients or team members • This challenging role will test your ability to be flexible and think on your feet • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the power and ongoing benefits of cloud-based practice and book-keeping software will be vital • You will need to be determined, self-reliant, energetic and have a positive "can do" attitude
