Job Description
The purpose of this position is to carry out routine day-to-day processes that support the real estate and fund operations for the Real Asset and Private Debt services team under the direction of a Financial Reporting Manager / Client Relationship Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping – posting supplier invoices and bank transactions onto various accounting systems including Yardi / Xero and Efront
- Input payments on various online banking platforms
- Treasury management – assist with monitoring and updating of each client's cash management schedule, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices and other payments.
- Prepare periodic bank reconciliations and providing source supporting documentation evidencing
- Assist with all aspects of the administration of funds and associated fund structures (training will be provided)
- Undertake routine office and clerical tasks such as scanning / archiving
We will provide the training, both in-house for relevant technical knowledge and also for professional qualifications, to enhance your ability to provide sound compliance services. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients are at the heart of what we do.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Computer literacy skills are essential. Basic level Excel skills are essential. Bookkeeping experience Is essential / proven experience in the posting of supplier invoices. Experience working with various accounting packages is desirable. Experience inputting payments onto online banking platforms is desirable. Strong attention to detail, evidenced through past experiences. Good level of English communication, both written and spoken. Experience interacting in a professional manner.
