This will be a permanent position with flexible working hours based in Old Sarum, Salisbury.
Roles would include, but not exclusive to:
Running the sales and purchase ledgers
Raising sales invoices and making timely supplier payments
Reconciliation of ledgers
Banking and reconciliation
Credit control
Preparation and submission of timely VAT returns
Month end reports for Directors
Dealing with foreign currency and making foreign payments
Expenses calculation and payments
Taking ownership of accounting to ensure accurate and timely information
Monitor and update cash flow with a view to improve and streamline procedures
Ad hoc office administration duties

£21,000 - £25,000 pro rata
Flexible working hours to suit you, approximately 3 to 4 days
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Accounts administrator or similar experience. Understanding of XERO is essential. Understanding of postpone VAT accounting and experience of imports & Exports is required due to the nature of the business. Knowledge and experience of QuickBooks Online an advantage. Understanding and knowledge of DEAR Inventory an advantage, but by no means essential.
