Job Description

Your key duties will involve being responsible for the Management Accounting activities on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. Along with being responsible for maintaining all sales pricing and cost of sales information for all products, you will support the budgeting and forecasting process and the introduction of daily, weekly & monthly performance metrics for the factory. You will work closely with Operations, Logistics and Finance teams supporting the weekly/monthly reporting and control of the investment in the new production line, along with preparing the board packs and payments to suppliers/employee expenses. You will be involved in various projects including the introduction of a new ERP Finance system and new production line along with ad-hoc duties for senior management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered for this permanent and varied Management Accountant role you will need experience within a similar position ideally ACCA/CIMA/ACA part-qualified/qualified or qualified by experience with advanced MS Excel skills. You will have excellent communication skills with a hands-on attitude and strong attention to detail. You will be self-motivated, a strong team player and be able to improve/develop processes as the business grows further. Ideally you will have worked within the Manufacturing Sector with experience implementing ERP systems.
