Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Procurement Specialist. You will work closely with a range of staff across the organisation and beyond, playing a significant role in the continued development of a high quality service.

This is a busy, interesting and dynamic department to work in. You will meet a different challenge every day and the successful candidate will be an integral part of the team providing a first class procurement service to the Trust. You will be part of a great team, within a friendly working environment.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
They will be required to take responsibility for the purchase of goods and services by delivering a portfolio of contracts, whilst maximising cash releasing benefits. Excellent analytical and numerical skills are essential, as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
