Responsible for the administration of service charge accounts and audits
Reviewing and finalizing service charge audits and accounts preparation for submission
Monitoring and approving budgets
Finalization of service charge statements
Presenting reports to Management and Directors for review
Maintaining client relationships and providing exceptional service
Dealing with customer enquiries and resolving
Ad hoc duties as required by the team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience within a similar role essential – ideally with service charge accounting but Accounts Assistant experience will be considered. IT Literate – particularly in Excel. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Meticulous attention to detail. Dynamic approach and a team player.
