A long standing business based in Andover are currently seeking an additional Accounts Assistant to join their expanding finance team.
Working with the Financial Controller, the role will be responsible for the following key duties;
Sales invoicing and credit control
Month end reporting
Sales reporting
Posting invoices and paying suppliers
Dealing with invoice and payment queries
Bank reconciliations
Cash flow forecasting
Car parking is available onsite and own transport would be advantageous due to the location of the business.
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The role would suit an individual with prior accounts/ finance experience, preferably coming from a small company where the responsibilities are broad and hands on. A good understanding of Excel is required as well as excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
