Responsibilities for the Field Support Administrator - Education Management - London include:
Maintaining regular and effective communication with the Education Counsellor to keep documents updated
Working with the finance department and using Excel to calculate commission
Ensuring internal communication is effective within the organisation
Dealing with any commission related queries from the agent network
Processing and sending invoice payments to Partners
Providing excellent customer service support to the agents and wider finance function
The Successful Applicant
The successful Field Support Administrator - Education Management - London will be/ will have:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - ability to create vlook-ups, pivot tables
Previous administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Highly commercial business instinct
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
Strong level of communication skills both written and verbal
