As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Maintenance of the purchase ledger and sales ledger
Supplier reconciliations and bank reconciliations
Ensure the chasing of outstanding payments
Financial reporting to senior staff members
Processing, matching and coding of invoices

In order to be considered for the role, you must: Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this. Be immediately available or on very short notice. Have experience using ERP systems such as Dynamics, Odoo, SAP etc. Be a good team player. Be able to multi-task.
