Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join a growing team within  HFL Building Solutions who specialise in Facilities Management.  The position is on a 6 month fixed term basis. The ideal candidate  must have a good level of competence with Microsoft Office especially Excel,  be confident and display a keen eye to detail. The role is to work across various administration sectors. Must have  experience in accurate data input, be able to work to tight deadlines with high volumes of work. Must have good communication and problem solving skills. Experience on the Maximo CAFM system would be preferred but not essential as training will be given. Experience and understanding of the Building Maintenance and Engineering Industry is desirable.
