Group Finance and Systems Accountant needed for global business going through a period of growth.

This newly created role for a truly international business will take ownership on all Finance systems implementations, upgrades and development along with assisting broader team with month end and year end statutory accounts.

This reports directly into the Finance Director of this £50m revenue business and requires an Accountant with strong systems skills and experience. The role doesn't require a qualified accountant but can pay between £45k and £60k depending on experience. The role will be working closely with senior management, the external IT providers and senior finance staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead on systems upgrades and implementing new finance software across the Group, including a new expenses system Expensify (like Concur) & PSA for timesheets and billing.
• System guides/procedure manuals for Dynamics -become an expert user
• Establish best practices for financial systems use & reporting and ensures that these practices are used throughout the business.
• Integration of newly acquired companies systems intro group
• Provides training on the financial systems and produce process notes
• Maintenance and control of the ledgers on Dynamics 365 e.g. new code set up
• Assisting broader term with monthly reporting, year end stats and Ad-hoc projects.

Candidates must be / have:

• An accounting background with experience implementing / upgrading and developing finance systems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage projects
