You will be required to work in the office however once training is completed you will have the option to work from home.
37.5 hours per week on a shift pattern basis. 5 out of 7 days a week.
Working 8 hours a day between 7am - 10pm.
Duties will include:-
Answering questions and query's via online webchat.
Dealing with complaints.
Chasing up missing orders.
Order management and placement.
Responding to web chat enquiries from new and existing customers.
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
Respond to all Social Media query's.
Administration duties.
As all communication is done online, candidates need to be computer literate.
