You will be responsible for general administration and coordination across a number of areas including (but not limited to) data input, reporting, organising team meetings, minute taking, diary management, preparation of reporting packs, information cascade. As a frequent first-point of contact, you will play a key role in reflecting the high quality standards and professionalism of our work. You’ll need to be able to use your own initiative and work independently and be competent in using excel and data.
provide direct support to the Regional Director, assisting with diary management, forward planning and managing deadlines
manage the administration of the regional team, supporting Area Managers and assisting with tasks and projects where needed
support with the data input, data review/cleansing and reporting from CRM system and School Services System across the region
ensure expenses claims and invoices are processed in a timely manner
act as a first point of contact for internal and external queries; prioritising calls sensitively, taking action where possible or redirecting where necessary
