Job Description

This is a customer focused role. You will be taking the lead in a small team ensuring that deadlines are met.

  • Query resolution, dealing with escalated queries
  • Producing payroll reports
  • Daily management of a small team
  • Delegating and prioritising tasks amongst team
  • Ensuring payroll deadlines are met
  • Process improvements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent attention to detail Experience of processing high volume payroll Excellent communication skills CIPP is desirable Up to date knowledge of payroll legislation Must have supervisory experience
