Job Description

Currently the service provides housing to seven individuals over two sites, supporting them to be emotionally and practically equipped to move on and achieve their potential.

s a Senior Support Worker, you will be working alongside the existing staff team and reporting to the Project Manager. Your main responsibility will be supporting the young people and offering additional support to the staff team. Motivating, training and developing them to provide the highest calibre of support to the individuals accessing the service.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

In order to be successful you will need to have prior experience in supporting Children & Young People or those leaving care. You will have experience of working with Social Services and managing behaviours that challenge. Due to the nature of the role and service, you will work on a shift pattern, covering evenings, weekends and sleep-in's (maximum of 2 per week).
