The role involves engaging with 2 young people to promote self-worth, education and community involvement. You will be responsible for encouraging day to day tasks, taking the young people to school, activities and visits where required. You will be expected to work shift patterns.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally you will have previous experience working with children and young people, either within a residential setting or experience working with challenging behaviour. If you have transferable skills working with adults with complex needs or autism you will also be considered. Ideally you will hold a Level 3 in Children and Young People and hold a full driving license.
