You will be working at a private children's residential school where you will offer support and development to young people who have moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours. Though the role is challenging it is rewarding due to the difference that you will make to young people's lives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• A minimum of 1 years' experience of working with children and young people in Residential Care • Experience of supporting children and young people who have learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour. • The ability to work well as part of a team and a commitment to providing care and support to children and young people • Ideally NVQ3 caring for Children and Young People • Full driving licence If you are looking for work on a temporary basis and feel you have the ability to make a difference to young people's lives please contact me today for more information.
