Job Description

• You will manage accounts payable and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Cashflow planning- weekly payment runs and cash forecasting
• You will also have ownership of the balance sheet reconciliations, produced to a high standard and within deadlines
• VAT return preparation
• Responsible for Concur and HSBC credit card queries and reconciliation
• Monthly management accounts preparation for UK entities including intercompany, fixed assets, accruals, FX
• Consolidate management accounts - 5 entities across Europe + Singapore
• Variance Analysis on Shared Functions results and support on result analysis where required
• Assistance in the year end audit
• Ad hoc projects and requests

 

The successful candidate for this Assistant Management Accountant role will:

• Part qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA /AAT
• Prior management accounting experience or practice from a top 10 firm
• Strong Excel skills
• SAP desirable
• Organised, self-starter, eager to learn and develop
• Solid accountancy experience
