Job Description

This role is to be based at work or home until the new offices are ready

You will be provided with a new laptop with all the software systems on, and training will be provided

  • Xero accounts software - invoicing , purchase orders to customers and suppliers
  • T-sheets time sheet app - processing site teams hours and checking work locations
  • Epos now software - pay roll and processing staff hours - information to be forwarded to accountants for payroll
  • Organising all invoices , receipts for Tax and Vat returns, these are to be forwarded on to our accounts (we use the same accountant for both businesses)
  • Organising all CIS remittances from construction clients  - forward to accountants for monthly return
  • Placing material orders with suppliers for site teams
  • Dealing with client enquires by phone or email 
  • Day to day running of the office
