As the Practice Manager, you will be involved in a wide range of activities critical to the success of the business, including but not limited to:
Business Planning.
Handling Financial systems including payroll.
Selecting, training, and supervising nonclinical staff.
Developing and supervising appointment systems for patients and clinicians.
Maintaining accurate records, coordinating with local health organisations such as CCG and CQC.
Developing strategies for the practice to improve systems and processes to increase efficiency's for services.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have previous experience as a Practice Manager as well as an enthusiastic, flexible, and determined drive for success. You will be able to demonstrate effective administration, payroll, finance, strategic planning, and IT skills as well as being able to work effectively with clinical staff, nonclinical staff, and patients. As the business offers 24 hour 7 days a week service, flexibility is essential.
