Job Description

• Act as the first point of contact for our customer regarding stock availability
• Be a ‘super user’ for all inventory functions, ensuring all stock is accurately tracked through Oracle
• Work closely with our warehouse management system, scrutinising any reports and data available
• Escalate any issues within the depot to the Operations Manager

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably a stand-alone inventory function • Strong warehouse management system and excel skills • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines at once • Full, clean driving licence required for limited travel to other sites • Successfully pass a BPSS check or hold a current BPSS check or higher.
