Job Description

• You will play an active role in the challenge of cost base initiatives and business improvements.
• Your analysis will deliver strategic financial goals as well as establish, manage and monitor performance against financial targets.
• Play a pivotal role in the annual business planning and forecasting cycles, working collaboratively with Business Unit directors to ensure proposals are robust, timely and in line with Group expectations.
• You will drive project performance and make recommedations for change.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified accountant with over 5-years analytical and business partnering experience. • First-rate communication, project and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent analytical skills - a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the detail, while also seeing and understanding the big picture. • Excellent presentation skills - visualising and presenting complex findings to non-technical audiences • Ability to effectively articulate and communicate analysis and influence decisions
