Job Description

The purpose of this Senior Commercial Finance Analyst is to partner with the Executive board, business unit Directors and senior stakeholders across the group and deliver meaningful management information across a number of strategic projects.

• You will play an active role in the challenge of cost base initiatives and business improvements.
• Your analysis will deliver strategic financial goals as well as establish, manage and monitor performance against financial targets.
• Play a pivotal role in the annual business planning and forecasting cycles, working collaboratively with Business Unit directors to ensure proposals are robust, timely and in line with Group expectations.
• You will drive project performance and make recommendations for change.

This role will be home based for the foreseeable future with a blended home and office working, post restrictions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified accountant with over 5-years analytical and business partnering experience. First-rate communication, project and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical skills - a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the detail, while also seeing and understanding the big picture. Excellent presentation skills - visualizing and presenting complex findings to non-technical audiences. Ability to effectively articulate and communicate analysis and influence decisions.
