Job Description

- Supervise and lead staff to ensure support plans are followed
- Deliver person centred support & promoting independence
- Manage your own calendars which may require some evenings & weekend work
- Oversee support plans, risk assessments and policies
- Help with recruitment process, training, development and mentoring

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Have previous senior experience with young people or housing sector - Must be a driver with your own car - Have a Diploma / NVQ / QCF level 3 or above in either: * Children & Young People`s Workforce * Leadership and Management * Health & Social Care in Children * Health & Social Care in Social Care Pathway * Caring for children & young people * Residential childcare
