Job Description
Main purpose of role:

- Business support for the Romanian affiliate

Key responsibilities:
General
- Local and international events, travels for employees and business partners
- SAP management
- Contracts management
- Car Fleet management
- Sales Team support
- Supply Chain support
- Local and Regional Business support
- Compliance support, disclosure procedure
- Regulatory local support
- Submit specific documents for the relevant authorities
- Systems management: CRM, IQVIA, SAP Concur
Key accountabilities:
- Asks offers, organizes local meetings, regional meetings, congresses, travels, master classes, summits, courses, product launch, etc.
- Coordinates the travels for all the participants: transfers, bookings, accommodation, flight tickets reservation and issuing, trains, etc.
- Collaborates with the travel agencies regarding the organization of the events

- Collaborates with external vendors, asks offers
- Manages the invoices; keeps track of the costs; creates PO in SAP, follows up on the payments
- Manages the contracts with the vendors and the physicians: sponsorship contracts, speaker contracts, etc.
- Initiates correspondence with the car leasing partner, car fleet maintenance appointments, keeps the car fleet records.
- Centralizes and escalades the specific team tasks
- Keeps records and initiates correspondence with different departments like IT, HR or other regional departments
- Elaborates specific business reports
- Keeps documents evidences and records, collects documents and reports
- Initiates and administrates correspondence
- Works using the data bases and the systems offered by the company
- Coordinates the creation and the info update of the vendors in the proper systems
- Creates stock and sales reports
- Edits documents
- Manages the local promotional materials
- Maintains a permanent connection with the direct manager, offers all the necessary info and reports for a smooth deployment of the department
