deverellsmith are searching for a Lettings Administrator on behalf of a London based owner-operator of build to rent accommodation. Based in the head office, the Lettings Administrator will provide support to the build to rent portfolio across London.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Deal with check-out of inventories
- Contact contractors to organise minor works on build to rent properties
- Liaise with landlords and tenants so a good telephone manner is essential
- Ability to work on their own sending emails etc.
- Facilities Management and follow-up i.e. lifts, fire safety etc.
- Fire Safety Schedules and follow-up of subsequent works
- Set-up of utilities on new management/end of tenancies before passing to Accounts
- Insurance Letters
- Insurance Claims
- Mailmerge
The ideal Lettings Administrator will have:
- Good typing skills
- Good organisational/administrative skills
- Knowledge of AST’s , Residential & build to rent management
