We are delighted to be working with an award-winning manufacturing firm to recruit a Tax Accountant into their thriving team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) or Tax Professional (CTA, ATT) who is keen to be a long-term part of a company devoted to the support and development of its staff.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage/prepare the quarterly tax reporting for the region
• Manage/assist in the process for preparation of annual tax computations
• Ensure compliance with current taxation and statutory legislation
• Review of technical updates to identify tax changes
• Assistance in annual transfer pricing evaluation and global trading policy review
• Preparation/review of monthly/quarterly transfer pricing true-up calculations
• Assistance in the preparation of annual statutory accounts for UK entities and assist with the annual audit reviews

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

What you will need to be great for this role: At least 2 years post qualified experience. Broad technical tax and accounting expertise, including working knowledge of US GAAP & SOX. A working knowledge of compliance with tax. Working knowledge of global trading structures and intra-group trading practices. A high level of numerical and reasoning ability.
