Job Description

The Role and Responsibilities of the Finance Manager position will include:

• Managing and supporting the monthly accounting close, reporting, analytics and financial reporting.
• Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and validate CAPEX, OPEX and Balance Sheet accounts to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Take ownership of trend analysis, validating data to ensure a culture of strong review mechanisms.
• Manage a team of two direct reports.
• Checking and validating variance data (accruals, wrong coding, unusual postings).
• Ensure accurate accounting operating expenses and cost of sales.
• Approval of journal entries in accordance with Company Financial Policies and procedures.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual analytics preparations and reviews.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and drive change initiatives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Be ideally CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified or QBE and overseas equivalent Have strong excel and systems skills Prior experience of using an ERP will be beneficial Be available at short notice
