Duties:

• Achieving permanency for children through well-matched placements, assessing and supporting plans of reunification or special guardianship orders where this is in the best interests of children and ensuring children and young people are being well supported to achieve their potential and own life goals

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Requirements of the Team Manager: • A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree/Diploma in Social Work) • Registered on Social Work England • Management experience
