Job Description

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be working within a team of 5-8 Machine Setters operating production machinery on the line, packing orders and supervising the team in the Manager’s absence. This is a hands-on role where you will be working with high volumes and tight deadlines.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

It is essential you have production and machine setting experience from a food or medical background, with the ability to work to deadlines. You will be able to work under pressure, whilst motivating your team with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, grow and develop. Supervisory experience will be beneficial, but not essential for the role.
