You will be responsible for assisting Directors & Partners in providing Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients.

The primary responsibility will be to deal with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of existing clients and assist with the development of targets in order to ensure the continued growth of the business. You will also provide assistance to senior members of staff in both client work and in the management of the group, as appropriate.
Key to the role is for the individual to be able to pro-actively manage their own workload, communicating with directors/partners on a regular basis. This is essential due to the size and nature of the team. Furthermore, the individual will be expected to be able to consider and highlight further opportunities to develop new work.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for someone with: Responsibility for providing employment tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients. Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership. An in depth knowledge of reward tax and related areas such as employment, NIC and capital gains tax etc. Some experience in the preparation of share valuations and liaison with HMRC. Staff management and mentoring experience. Ability to profitably manage a client portfolio. Demonstrable development of new clients and successful selling of new services to existing clients Awareness of accounting, employment law and company law implications of share incentives. Experience of dealing direct with clients including agreement of fees Interest in the wider HR and human capital drivers and implications of reward. Educated to degree level (LLB preferred), and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or equivalent.
