Job Description
The key areas of responsibility will include Client Management, People Development, Business Development, Financial Performance Management, Operational Development, Governance and Risk Management. You will be very actively involved across all these areas to ensure they are all performed to an exceptional level and to drive the business area to achieve its growth targets. Undertaking key client relationship reviews, coaching and mentoring the team and acting as a first contact for new contract evaluation and incorporation will all be important elements of delivery in this role.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or potentially from the Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) with extensive experience of delivering and leading the provision of professional services to a portfolio of clients. Experience of operating successfully at board level and presenting reports to executives are essential and exposure to working in a FCA regulated environment would be highly beneficial. Knowledge or a background in private equity or real estate funds would be highly desirable.
