Job Description

Accountable for the delivery of business-critical IT, development and technology implementation projects, working to improve business functions, business operations and business processes. As a member of the leadership team, they will lead the planning and implementation of assigned projects within the agreed portfolio.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Public sector experience - Experience of delivering enterprise scale Software Development and IT projects * Good understanding of the Development Lifecycle and experience working closely with IT team * Experience with Requirements Discovery, Creating Statements of Work and the Analysis of Client Requirements * Previous experience creating Functional and Technical Specifications and liaising with technical and non-technical individuals * Broad spectrum of Project Management skills and exposure to different environments (Prince 2, Agile SCRUM, Waterfall etc.) * Experience leading a team and driving projects forward * Ability to deal with high-pressure situations * Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill
