This is an exciting and varied role across multiple offices, reporting into experienced Accounts and Audit Managers.
With prior experience in a Practice environment, you'll be confident in all areas of accounts preparation and a range of computer and software packages.
Responsibilities
Preparation of accounts using IRIS software for manager review
Clearing reviews and finalizing accounts including checking disclosures in Limited Company Accounts
Preparation of Corporation Tax computations including capital allowances
Statutory work for clients
Undertaking ad hoc work for clients as needed
General office administrative duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
AAT qualified and/or actively studying towards ACA/ACCA. Former practice experience in similar, mid-sized firm. Experienced in all areas of accounts prep. Understanding of Xero, SAGE and IRIS ideal. Previous audit experience is useful, but not essential. This role will require regular travel to clients and other offices so therefore ownership of a car and a full driving license is highly desirable.
