Inspect sites and locations to ensure compliance and identify requirements whilst also submitting relevant notices and permits to local authority
Managing the relationship with the local authority, establishing and building relationships, and fostering collaboration.
Work with the build manager and HSEQ teams to ensure standards are meet and audited as appropriate
Acting as a point of contact for internal ground teams.
Surveying for and developing TM plans.
Investigating and record any failures of works carried out by internal or contractor teams.
Responsible for gathering and collating evidence in relation to any challenges received from local authorities in relation to NRSWA, and the timely submission of such evidence to the required authority.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Knowledge and experience of NRSWA and TMA • Computer literate • Experience of supervising staff • Co-ordination of Street Works • Site supervision • Driving License
