A business that changes lives of many are looking to recruit a commercial Management Accountant to join their team based in Central Birmingham. My client has been progressing very well over the last few years and along with that growth, progressing their finance staff internally and are now looking for that next person to grow with them.

This position is a great opportunity for someone with strong business partnering skills because this role will involve liaising with financial and non-financial stakeholders on a weekly basis, discussing budgets and month on month figures particularly dealing with operational heads.

Ideally you will:

• Ideally part qualified with ACCA/CIMA
• Have previous experience completing complex management accounts without assistance and business partnering with senior management/ operations
• Have a driven mind set where you are looking to progress and grow within a role and company quite quickly and pick up additional duties and potential roles
• Be looking for a role within a rapidly expanding company with various projects to get involved in from the get go, with the opportunity to manage and mentor in the near future
