Job Description

This highly reputable and successful architectural company who work on amazing projects across a broad number of sectors including arts and heritage are looking for a strong Team Administrator and Finance Assistant.

As the Team Administrator you will be responsible for providing overall admin support specifically to the Technical Team; managing diaries, organising meetings, booking travel, amending and updating reports, typing project documents, taking minutes, creating spreadsheets, reports, power point presentations and assisting with producing Tenders.

On the finance side you will be supporting the Studio Manager with updating the project management system, assisting with invoices and issuing monthly fee’s and supporting on monthly project reviews.

It’s a busy and varied role requiring strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. You’ll need to be strong and confident to keep them in shape and make sure tasks are completed when they should be! They are a lovely firm who look after their staff well and encourage development and work on some fantastic projects that you’ll be proud to be part of.

In order to be part of the team you must have proven team/office and finance administration experience, even better if this is gained within architecture, construction or similar.
