Job Description

This Primary school is located in the Forest of Dean. They require an experienced Teaching Assistant to start with them on a part time basis. The school is very close knit and the staff and children are very friendly and lovely to work with! The school are welcoming and inclusive and our looking for new Teaching Assistants to join their staff as an equal member of the team!

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Experience working in a Primary School Setting within the past 3 years * Able to support pupils academically on a 1:1 basis across all key subject areas (Maths, English, Science, Humanities) * Confident supporting KS1 to KS2 pupils * You must have a joy of working with children * You should be able to communicate well with KS1 and KS2 * Competitive rates of pay * A personal Consultant offering advice and guidance in this specialist area * Refer a Friend scheme - £250 every time you recommend a Teaching Assistant * Free Child Protection and Safeguarding Training * Recognised holder of the DfE Quality Mark
